Ross McCausland – Winger – Aris Limassol
Ross made his league debut for the Cypriot club having featured in their last two outings in UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying.
His new side got off to the perfect start in their respective campaign with a 3-1 home win over Apollon, with the winger featuring from the off for 45 minutes in the victory.

Mason Munn – Goalkeeper - Dunfermline Athletic
Having made an impressive start to their Championship season Dunfermline fell to a 2-0 away defeat to Raith Rovers on their return to the pitch on Friday evening.
The goalkeeper conceded his first goals in league action for his new club after a strong start, as he will be hopeful of earning regular gametime in Scotland’s second tier this season.

Alfie Halliwell – Goalkeeper - Albion Rovers
Alfie continued his run between the posts by featuring in the Lowland League club’s last two matches over the past seven days.
He firstly was named in goal as his side were on the wrong end of a five-goal thriller against Broxburn Athletic, before they bounced back with a 2-1 success over Gretna 2008 at the weekend.

Sophie Black – Midfielder- Motherwell
Sophie got herself off the mark in her second spell in a Motherwell jersey as she found the back of the net for the first time this season.
It was ultimately the only bright spark in a disappointing afternoon for her side, as they fell to a 4-1 home defeat to Montrose.

Lily Boyce – Midfielder- Motherwell
Lily was also named in the starting side for the SWPL club alongside her Gers teammate as they fell to the defeat at East Kilbride’s K-Park.
Having suffered back-to-back defeats to start the season the club will look to respond in their outings to come.

Sophie Townsley – Striker – Hamilton
The attacker featured for just shy of an hour as her side suffered a heavy defeat in their second SWPL outing of the season.
Having been promoted as champions last year, the Accies will look to battle throughout the current campaign to try and preserve their top-flight status.

Rebecca Simpson – Defender- Gartcairn
Rebecca was introduced off her bench to make her debut for the SWPL 2 club in their first home match of the season.
Her side were dominant 6-0 winners over Stirling University as they put themselves on top spot of the standings.

The midfielder was also handed her debut in her new team’s weekend success.
Part of a double substitution alongside Gers teammate Simpson, the youngster will be hopeful of making an impact throughout as he team targets a strong campaign.

Natalie Bandura – Striker- Spartans
Natalie continued her terrific start to life in the capital as she fired in the only goal of the game in her team’s 1-0 success in SWPL 2 just two minutes from time.
Indeed, it was the striker’s goal that made the difference to find the target for the third time in two games as she settles into life in Edinburgh during the first loan spell of her career.

CaCee McKenna – Defender - Spartans
CaCee was a second half substitute for Spartans in their 1-0 win over Dundee United at the weekend at Ainslie Park.
Helping her side keep the clean sheet late on, it was a vital home success against one of the fellow teams who were relegated from the top tier last season.

Lucy Livie – Winger- Boroughmuir Thistle
Lucy was part of the Boroughmuir Thistle squad who were on the wrong end of a seven-goal shootout against Kilmarnock over the weekend.
The youngster, at just 17 years of age, will be hopeful of receiving regular minutes across the campaign in the country’s second tier.
Sophie Rutherford – Winger- Queen’s Park
Sophie was given the nod from the off as Queen’s Park got their season off and running with their first points in a convincing home win over Livingston on Sunday afternoon.
Having dropped out of the SWPL at the first time of asking, they will look to battle throughout 2025/26 to make their return in what looks to be a highly competitive second tier in the fight for promotion.
