The Gers make the short trip to K-Park tomorrow evening to take on Motherwell in the Sky Sports Cup quarter-final, a competition that they have won the last two seasons.
Speaking to RangersTV to preview the last eight clash against the fellow SWPL side, she said: “Getting to the last four? It is massively important, obviously as a club that is what we want.
“That is our mentality and when I joined the club that was something that my eyes light up for is cups and silverware and leagues.
“This is another massive game going into this weekend and it is one that we will embrace and enjoy for sure, it is good feeling around the camp.
“That is the thing it has got our name on it right now and we want to keep it that way.
“Sometimes that can become harder, when something is yours and you have won it and retaining it can sometimes be harder but for us we want to go out there and we want to perform how we do, every day at training and on the weekend and we want to go and get the result and we want to bring that trophy home again.”
The centre-back spoke of the competition for places amongst the squad as they look to compete on all domestic fronts this campaign, whilst reflecting on her time in Glasgow so far.
She continued: “It is standards, it is healthy standards as well.
“It is about getting the best out of each other and ultimately when you do that you will get the best out of yourself as well.
“It is not about comparing yourself to anyone it is just about understanding that we are in this together and we want to win everything together and whatever part you play, play it at your best.
“For me I got the chance against Montrose and I was happy with that.
“Every day we push each other and ultimately that is where we will get the results that we want come the end of the season.
“Time at Rangers so far? I absolutely love it; the people first and foremost are incredible.
“The mentality, drive and the small details of improvements.
“I am 28 now and I feel like every day is a learning day and I think previously to that I probably found myself a bit lost with not maybe potentially pushing myself.
“I always want to push myself but in terms of the guidance of that coming in and playing under someone like Jo who gives everything on the pitch.
“Off the pitch you have got girls that support you massively and we have got a together group and when you have got some many games in a season it is really important that we all pull together and it is just a great environment to be in and I am loving every minute.”
