The 20 year-old lifelong Rangers fan has been a part of the first-team setup for a number of months now having transferred from the club’s Academy, which he joined at the age of seven.
He featured in first-team pre-season, most notably against Lyon to help Gers keep a clean sheet against the Champions League semi-finalists, while last season, he had a spell on-loan at Partick Thistle where he won praise for his performances before the Covid-19 shutdown cut-short his time in Maryhill.
Complimentary to his development over the years have been call-ups to the Scotland squads at a number of age groups, and fresh from signing his new deal, he will head to join-up with the under-21 side in Edinburgh ahead of their UEFA Euro Under-21 qualifier with Lithuania next Tuesday.
