The Light Blues head to the capital tomorrow afternoon, kick-off 3pm, to take on Edinburgh University as they look to put on a strong away performance.
The midfielder hopes the side can end the season positively as he insists the Gers will take each challenge as it comes.
He said: “This is what your point for the season is - it would be a shame to put in all that good work to not get anything out of it.
The Northern Irishman is hoping the side can put on a strong display as they look to impose their style of play on Edinburgh University tomorrow afternoon.
He continued: “It is something we are really looking forward to doing, just going out and putting things that have went wrong right. It is very important that we get the three points, but I also think it is very important tomorrow that we play our style of football.
“That we play the way we want to play and we go out and put on a show, because at the end of the day that is what you have to do when you play for this club, and we just need to go out and enjoy it and get back to playing the way we know we can. That is the main thing.”
Lindsay is relishing the challenge as the Gers head into the business end of the season and he wants the team to make the most of their remaining matches this season.
He added: “We have played a lot of games. It is getting to the stage of the season where we have played 50 or 60 games almost. At the end of the day that is what you play football for, for this stage of the season.
“It is tough and it’s not ideal all the time, but it is where you want to be as a footballer, the business end of the season as such, and we look forward to a good challenge.
“Every game we want to go out and win. It doesn't matter who we are playing, we just want to go out and get the three points, put on a show and play well. I am looking forward to it and I know the boys are as well.”
Kick-off tomorrow is 3pm at East Peffermill Playing Fields (EH16 5LL) and pay at the gate is available for supporters wishing to attend.
