The 29-year-old sprung from the substitutes bench to help turn the game on its head before Hearts levelled three minutes from time to rescue a point.
Speaking to RangersTV after the game, the winger commented: “Every game we want to win, but we know it’s going to be a long season.
“Every team is getting better each game and the league is getting more competitive.
“It’s not like the past where you’re taking points off teams; every game now is going to throw a spanner in the works. We need to take each game as it comes.
“We’re disappointed to only get a point. We weren’t at our best in the first half and it’s disappointing to lose a goal like that when we came back to get a lead with such little time remaining.
“We’ll reflect on it, work on these things, and hopefully next time we’ll be better.
“I know Hearts had a few chances in the first half, but I thought we kept them quiet in the second half.
"We were on top and could have pushed for another, so it was disappointing to lose a goal especially from a set-piece.”
On the support from the Ibrox crowd today, Arnot continued: “It’s good to get as many fans as we can at Ibrox.
“We’re grateful to everyone who came and the more that we’re here hopefully the more fans we can get.”
Arnot’s contribution was certainly an impressive one as she teed up Katie Wilkinson twice in quick succession to turn the game on its head.
It is a relationship which bore fruit on several occasions last season and the winger says it’s a joy to play with the prolific forward, who already has five goals to her name this season.
She added: “We knew from the sidelines that we had to be more aggressive in the press, put them under pressure, and create a bit more.
“I don’t think we had a shot in the first half, so that would have been the message.
“It’s what I want to do if I’m starting or on the bench; I want to make an impact on the team. I’m glad I got enough time to do that in the game, but the main thing is the three points.
“I’m glad I could make an impact but it would have been nicer if we won.
“[Myself and Katie] have built up that relationship from last season as well. As soon as I come on she’s telling me to put the ball in and find her. I know if I put it into an area she’ll be there to attack it.
“It’s a good relationship to have and it gives me confidence that if I can find her we have a good chance of scoring.”
