The Gers boss is expecting a difficult challenge from Emma Hunter’s newly-promoted side as the Scottish Women’s Premier League season continues.
Speaking to RangersTV, Thomson said: “They are a well-organised team and a team that deserves to be in this league by merit. The last game we played against them was difficult and we will have to take care of business.
“Our planning and preparation is vital, our rest and recovery is vital and our attitude and application is going to be vital in this game.”
Rangers have made a strong start to the season and Thomson is delighted with the contribution from each member of his squad.
He continued: “It has been good, the contribution that every player is making is great. Whether they are assisting goals, whether they are scoring goals or whether they are defending.
“Every player has got a task and a job to do in possession and out of possession and we are at a stage now where we have 11 voices on the pitch.
“The energy levels around the training facility are great too, not just in the women's department but with the youth and the men's first team.
“You can feel it and it is really important when you come in that it is an environment where you want to work, want to achieve something individually and one where you want to add and give value to what you are doing.”
