Konopinski joins the club from the English FA, where he has worked with the under-18, under-19 and under-21 squads.
Matt began his career in football at Barnsley in 2008, working initially with their Academy, before being promoted to work with the first team.
Following his time at Barnsley, he then moved to join Liverpool, where he worked alongside several of the current Rangers coaching, performance and medical staff, ending his time at Anfield as their Head Physio under boss Jurgen Klopp.
Matt is also an associate lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University.
