Starting on Thursday September 2, our exciting Museum Lotto Draw is only £1 to play and will raise valuable funds exclusively for the museum while offering Rangers supporters the chance to win a weekly top prize of £2,500.
The new two-storey Edmiston House opens in 2022 to celebrate Rangers’ 150th anniversary, and will be a truly world-class space which will be utilised as a multi-purpose conference and concert venue including new retail facilities and a café and will enhance the matchday experience for fans.
However, it is the creation of a much-anticipated museum that will showcase the club’s illustrious history which is sure to capture the imagination of the Rangers family.
RYDC Director, Colin Stewart commented: “All profits from our new additional weekly Lotto draw will be used exclusively to help fund our museum, which will show many items never before viewed by fans. Some of these items will require professional repair to restore them to their former glory.
“We will also undertake a major digitisation project to ensure documents of significant social, economic and football history are professionally conserved. We will also conserve and protect old film and thousands of photographs and artefacts of great interest to fans.”
“This restoration and digitisation work will rely on Museum Lotto profits. If you sign up to play the Museum Lotto then you do so with the knowledge and comfort that you are contributing to the conservation and protection of Rangers history for future generations of Rangers fans."
“Thank you again to everyone for their backing. The more supporters who play our new Museum Lotto, the more we will be able to support and conserve our rich history.”
