Having won the first leg 4-0 in Gibraltar last week, boss Gerrard has opted to rotate his squad and hand competitive debuts to George Edmundson and Jake Hastie.
Wes Foderingham comes in to replace Allan McGregor in goal, while Matt Polster makes his first start in blue. Edmundson partners Connor Goldson at centre-back with Andy Halliday playing on the left side of the four.
Greg Docherty wins a start in midfield – his first competitive one in over a year having been on loan last season, and there he is joined by Joe Aribo on his first start and Glen Kamara.
Hastie and Greg Stewart, on his first competitive start, will support striker Alfredo Morelos.
Academy players Jamie Barjonas, Lewis Mayo and Josh McPake are all on the bench, as is Scott Arfield on his return from international duty with Nikola Katic, Jermain Defoe and backup goalkeeper Andy Firth.
