50 years on from the tragic event – which occurred on 2 January 1971 – the club will mark the anniversary this weekend and a commemorative matchday programme has been produced with club historian David Mason, Chairman Douglas Park and club legends John Greig and Walter Smith looking back at the Disaster and the impact it had on both them and British football as a whole.
