The Light Blues played out a 2-2 Old Firm draw in midweek, which lifted them clear of Glasgow City at the summit of the table in this early stage of the campaign.
Jo Potter’s side remain unbeaten and they will look to pick up three points ahead of the visit of City to Ibrox next weekend.
Speaking to RangersTV ahead of the visit of the Lanarkshire side, the 20-year-old commented: “We’re not that far into this season and we have shown different characters.
“We know we can score goals and win 10-0, but then we have also kept clean sheets which is a big part of our game. We need all of that on Sunday.
“The new additions to the team have definitely brought confidence to us. Jo carrying on from last season has brought confidence, and we know what we want to set out.
“We want to do the treble this season and that’s what we’re aiming for with every game.
“Obviously we want to win an Old Firm and that was the goal on Thursday, but we got a point and we’re still top of the table. It’s another step towards our end goal.”
Rangers are the highest scorers in the division with 53 goals to their name and have shown their adaptability throughout the early weeks of the campaign.
McLoughlin says Motherwell will pose a stiff challenge on Sunday and stressed the importance of her side showing a clinical edge in the contest.
The midfielder also believes the supporters will be key after their tremendous backing in the midweek Old Firm draw.
She added: “The fans underestimate how much they bring to us and we heard them throughout the game on Thursday.
“They are a 12th man on the pitch which is massive and we can’t wait to hear them on Sunday.
“Sunday’s game will be massive for us, coming off the back of Thursday’s game.
“I know we didn’t lose, but to take the momentum, put it right on Sunday, and hopefully get more goals for the goal difference.
“You never know what you’re going to get playing each team. It’s very different each week depending on what team you’re up against, but we knew we had to be disciplined out of possession.
“We know they would have spells with the ball and we needed to manage that.
“It will be the same again on Sunday because every team we play against has spells on the ball.
“We need to manage that; hopefully we have more possession in both halves on Sunday and we can capitalise on that.”
Tickets are still available for Sunday’s clash at Broadwood Stadium HERE, priced at £7 for adults and £4 for concessions.
