Allan McGregor comes in for Jon McLaughlin in what is an otherwise unchanged XI for the Light Blues against a side who finished fifth in last season’s Eredivisie.
That means McGregor is back between the sticks, with James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Fil Helander and Borna Barisic in front of him.
Steven Davis, Scott Arfield, Glen Kamara, Ryan Kent, Ianis Hagi and Alfredo Morelos complete the XI for the Light Blues in the Netherlands this evening.
Gers set up the tie by defeating Lincoln Red Imps 5-0 in Gibraltar last week, while Willem overcame the familiar name of Progres Niederkorn, also 5-0.
Morelos netted a double in that clash for Rangers while Tavernier, Goldson and Jermain Defoe, who is on a strong bench for Gers, also scored.
