Philippe Clement Names Team To Face Motherwell At Hampden

PHILIPPE CLEMENT has named his Rangers team for today’s Premier Sports Cup semi-final against Motherwell.

It’s a huge afternoon at Hampden for the Light Blues as they continue their defence of the trophy, with a place in next month's final the prize this afternoon.

From the midweek match against Aberdeen, the manager makes two changes to his side as Vaclav Cerny returns from injury, with Jefte also coming back into the starting XI. Neraysho Kasanwirjo is on the bench, while Ross McCausland is not in the matchday squad.

That means Rangers line-up with Jack Butland in goal behind a back four of James Tavernier, John Souttar, Leon Balogun and Jefte.

Connor Barron, Nico Raskin and Tom Lawrence once again make up the midfield three, while Vaclav Cerny comes back into the front line, alongside Nedim Bajrami and Cyriel Dessers.

On the bench this afternoon are Liam Kelly, Robin Propper, Mohamed Diomande, Kieran Dowell, Dujon Sterling, Neraysho Kasanwirjo, Hamza Igamane, Ianis Hagi and Danilo.

Kick-off at Hampden is 3pm and supporters outside of the UK can watch the match live on RangersTV.
