Dundee are the visitors to Govan and it was the Tayside club who were the opposition when Rangers last ran out at the famous old stadium back in May.
Speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow's clash, boss Clement said: "It's a buzz and you feel it in the building.
"I was there yesterday for a commercial event, and you get the special feeling coming back there. I know it's the same with all the players and I have felt it this week in training.
"I think it will be with all the fans as well. It's like coming home after a really long time; it feels like we haven't played there in ten years. We're really happy that we can be back.
"The enthusiasm of fans always helps. Hampden was more difficult and we know why.
"It's not only here, but the same with a lot of clubs around the world. It's always a big help to play at Ibrox and feel their support.
"For us, the most important thing stays with what we do on the pitch.
"We know it will be a tough game against a team who are good physically, adapt to their opposition, and are strong in transitions.
"It's really important to come back to Ibrox with a good atmosphere, but the most important thing is what we show on the pitch."
Rangers are holders of the Premier Sports Cup after victory over Aberdeen at the national stadium last December.
It was Clement’s first piece of silverware as Rangers manager, and the boss insists it’s important that his side show their hunger to win in every competition this campaign.
He added: "I want to win everything and it's the goal of everything I do in life; I want to see that with my team also.
"It's another competition where we go full to get the victory.
"Some of the players had the feeling last season, while we also have a lot of new faces in the building.
"For me, every game has the same importance and we want to win everything. It's a big challenge.
“I always enjoy seeing my players, staff and the fans happy, and we had good celebrations [after last year's final victory].
"I'm always hungry and I've been lucky to win a lot of trophies as a player and manager. I want to see that from the players also.
"It's about winning trophies at this club and it's why a lot of players want to come here.
"At the end of your career when you stop playing football, they are the good memories and the things you remember."
