A victory for the Light Blues would move the side level on points with Celtic at the summit of the league table with two fixtures remaining.
Clement has overseen a run of 21 victories from 27 league outings since his appointment as Gers manager in October - supplemented by a Viaplay Cup success in December and qualification for the Europa League knockout stages - and he says the onus is on his side to show their improvement as a collective.
Speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow's Old Firm clash, he commented: "It's about being there tomorrow as a group of players and grabbing the moment.
"You know there are always small margins that decide these games and you need to take these things towards your side. There are no guarantees until the final whistle goes.
"We're looking forward to the game. These are the games that you want to play in if you're a small boy. It is the weeks where you envy the players as a manager because you would love to be on the pitch, but it's better for Rangers if I stay off the pitch!
"We always want to score the first goal and that stays the same. At the end it's not a guarantee that you get the points if you score the first goal; it's about going full for 90 minutes.
"You know that these games are different for both teams than the other league games because you have fewer opportunities to score.
"We need to start the game better. I also think we can be more efficient, which has also been much better than the last few months.
"I've said since the beginning that I want to win every game against every opponent. It needs to be the aim of every person inside the building; not only the players but the staff too.
"We need to grab the moment together and put all our energy in that."
The Gers have recorded several big results under the tutelage of Clement since his arrival in Glasgow, including a memorable 3-2 success away to Real Betis in December.
However, they have been unable to find a way past their Old Firm rivals this term, playing out a 3-3 draw in the previous encounter at Ibrox last month.
It is a statistic that the Gers manager is keen to put right, and he insists the dressing room is full of belief as they target all three points in the east end of the city.
He added: "I don't need to put belief in my team because I feel it already. They are hungry to show themselves as a team, not as individuals.
"That's not the work of one day or one game; it's the confirmation of what they have been doing for a few months.
"It's true that we had a big problem on the road for four days, but they've been really consistent overall.
"You need to love it if you want to be a player here, and I know many do.
"I know from my time as a player that the more people jeering, the more they are afraid of their own team not getting a result.
"The more that the fans boo tomorrow, the stronger my team will get.
"Although we have a long list of injuries, and it's been like that for many months, players are always ready to do a job for the team, even out of position.
"In that period, they have done a lot of good things which they need to take into this game.
"My players have chipped away at four points; won a League Cup; reached the final of the Scottish Cup; finished first in the group in the Europa League; played two good games against Benfica; and played two close games against Celtic.
"We need to continue in that way and show that again tomorrow."
