The Gers will face their third away Old Firm clash of the campaign when they make the trip to the Excelsior Stadium on Sunday afternoon, live on BBC Alba.
Speaking to RangersTV to preview the fixture, the Light Blues head coach commented: “There is no easy game coming into these fixtures.
“You look at the three-game weeks that we have coming up, all tough games, and you feel as if you’re playing the same teams a lot of times which can work in your advantage.
“But it can also work for the opponents as they can figure you out too. We need to make sure that we’re still evolving, that we’re still working, and putting the shift in.
“We know that it’s going to be tough until the end of the season, but we need to make sure that we continue to progress the way that we are.
“We’re confident in what we can do and what we can achieve if we continue to do what we’ve been doing.
“It’s important that we keep that consistency, maintain the performances in big games, and keep trying to turn up and be brave.”
Rangers have been victorious in their previous two Old Firm clashes in Airdrie this season, coming from behind twice to reign supreme in league and Sky Sports Cup action.
The Light Blues remain unbeaten in all competitions this season, and Potter has challenged her players to maintain their remarkable level of consistency.
She added: “I’d love to not go behind to start off with! I would love us to have that confidence at the start of the game and not wait until we’ve fallen behind to step up.
“It’s something that we’ve challenged the players with; we know it’s tough to come into these games that matter.
“We know we have the character to come from behind because we’ve done so previously, but as I said, I’d like us to take control of the game.
“I don’t think we’ve deserved to go behind in either of the games, so those are the things that we’re looking at. We want to stay ahead in the game and really take it to them.
“I’m very confident in my players and I always look forward to it. These are the games that everyone wants to see. If you look at the [Sky Sports Cup] semi-final, it must have been an unreal game for the neutral.
“These are the ones that we’re looking forward to playing in, and we want to put on a performance when we pull on that shirt.”
