The Light Blues booked their place in the first final of the season last month as they look to achieve success on all fronts in the second half of the campaign.
Speaking to the official club website ahead of their tie against Dundee United at Broadwood this Sunday, she commented: “It is what this club is about, it is built on success and it is built on making finals and one step further winning finals and winning trophies.
“We know it is hugely important for us, yes we are in one final and we absolutely want to continue this form and get into another final of the other cup. It is great so far, but we need to make sure we do the work and get there first.
“I think if you had asked us at the start of the season we would have snapped your hand off for it. We can't really be in a better position, but there is pressures that come along with that.
“We do work hard day in day out. We do put the graft in on the grass, we do put the hours in off the pitch. We do everything that we should be doing and the players do exactly what I ask them to do day in day out.
“I think it just maintaining that and not letting our standards drop and knowing that we have got a lot to play for still and we have definitely not won anything yet.”
The head coach insists the side must be not take their opposition lightly despite two convincing victories over their Sunday opponents this season, given the nature of their league victory last weekend.
She continued: “No two games are ever the same. Even if it was two or three weeks ago it can change drastically because some teams being part-time they might not have players available.
“They might have to change it up so much that sometimes it can throw a little bit of a spanner in the works for us. It could change, it could stay the same but we have got to make sure we are doing what we do really well.
“I think the result at the weekend just showed that games can be a lot closer than what they have been previously. A 2-1 result looks closer than what it is but it is still a 2-1 result at the end of the day.
“There is only one goal in it and anything can happen and just a lapse in concentration, a mistake or an absolute worldie goal which Dundee United scored against us the first time we played them away this season.
“They scored the first goal of the game very early and it was an absolute cracker. Those moments can happen, we have got to be careful and know that they can happen, but it is trying to limit those opportunities for the opposition and that is what we have actually been excellent at for the previous few months.
“I will be looking for that to continue and trying to nullify the opponents as much as possible and trying to get us back on that front foot and scoring some more goals.”
