The Light Blues turned round the match in three second half minutes thanks to goals from substitute Rio Hardy and Kathy Hill as they overcame the capital side with a 2-1 win in the SWPL.
Speaking to RangersTV after the match as the Gers returned to winning ways in league action, the head coach highlighted the impact from the players off the bench as they contributed heavily to completing the turnaround.
She commented: “It is massive for us. I think Jodi played a part in both goals, which was really good for her.
“She trained extremely well. I think to come on and come into a position that is important for us that she really stepped up, she really showed what she does day in day out.
“She brought what she does well. Managing to be involved in two goals is big for us.
“Then you see what we saw at the first half of the season in Kirsty and Rio combining and getting us a goal at the end of it.
“We are used to seeing that and it is nice to bring that back and see that again and see that partnership thrive.
“We were just deserved winners in the end, I was really happy for Kathy getting on the scoresheet.
“You can see what it means to her, what it means to all of them.
“The biggest thing for me was the character, not to panic, to come back into games. We have proved that we can do it previously.
“It is big for us, having that squad depth, being able to bring people on to make a difference and the character to be able comeback from being 1-0 down to win 2-1 is big.”
The former Lioness spoke of the mentality of her players in which has been installed this season having come back on a number of occasions to claim wins this campaign.
She added: “In previous years that could have looked very different.
“I think that the squad have moved forward in a way that they know that they are not beaten and they know they have got the quality to be able to come back into games.
“We just need to eradicate those moments earlier in the game so we don't go 1-0 down.
“Football is not perfect; we can't control the opposition and sometimes they are going to score good goals.
“We have got to respect the opposition always; I say that every single week.
“We have got to make sure that we are just staying concentrated.
“If we do go 1-0 down we know we have to work extremely hard to get back into a game because every game is going to be very difficult now going forward.
“I think that mentality is big for us and the squad is big for us. We'll take a big three points today.”
