Gregory Vignal’s side are looking for their third league victory in a row, as they aim to bounce back from Sunday’s cup semi-final defeat to Glasgow City.
Motherwell currently sit four points behind Rangers in fifth place in the league, with six games of the season left to play.
In the last meeting of the sides finished in a 3-3 draw away to Motherwell, with Gers captain Clare Gemmell expecting another tough test.
She said: “I think it will be a hard game for us, it is always a difficult game against Motherwell.
“We will be looking to win the game, but we know that they will give us a difficult test and we will need to be prepared for that.”
Kick-off is 8pm at The Hummel Training Centre and admission is £5 adults and £3 for concessions. Entry is free for Under-12’s.
