RANGERS Academy can today confirm the departure of a number of players from last season’s Under-18s squad.
Jack Roberts, Cameron Cooper, Zak McKay and Christian Mulindwa will all leave the Academy and continue their footballing pathway elsewhere.
Under-18s head coach, Cameron Campbell, commented: “I’d like to wish all the departing players the very best of luck as they prepare for a fresh challenge in their young careers.
“They have all been a pleasure to work with since they entered the Under-18s programme, with the hard work and commitment that they displayed sure to stand them in good stead as they continue their journey.
“I am confident that each player will go on to enjoy a strong career in the game and, as always at Rangers, we will work closely to provide assistance in their future footballing endeavours.”
Frequent check-ins and support will be provided by the club to the departing players to ensure they continue their development elsewhere.
