RANGERS have been drawn at home to Spartans in the quarter-finals of the Scottish Gas Women’s Scottish Cup.
The draw was made at Hampden Park this evening and will see the Gers host the fellow SWPL side at Broadwood for a place at the National Stadium in the last four.
Jo Potter’s team are the current holders of the trophy having won it for the first time in their history last season, as they target a deep run once again in the competition where they continued their defence with a convincing 7-0 win over Montrose yesterday afternoon.
The tie is scheduled to take place on Sunday, March 9, with the kick off time and ticketing information being communicated in due course.
