RANGERS Girls Academy are hosting their next ‘Future Talent’ Day on September 18 at the Training Centre to help support young players in finding the next step in their footballing journey.
As the Girls grassroots game continues to grow, the amount of talent at younger ages also increases. The work of grassroots clubs in supporting and developing this potential continues to be critically important.
Rangers are looking to compliment this part of the players’ journey, and are seeking ‘high performance' level players to join our talent development environment which has now expanded from Under-13s down to children age Under-11.
This year’s Future Talent Day will again take place in the evening of the 18th September and the club are expecting a high number of applicants so don’t miss out on the opportunity to come along.
We have had so many success stories over the years with the likes of Laura Berry, Mia McAulay, Eilidh Austin, Kirsty Maclean and Jodi McLeart as several academy stars going on to be first-team players at both club and Scotland national team level.

As mentioned, the club expect significant interest, and while we encourage all applications, the coaching staff will look to understand the appropriateness of all submissions as it relates to what would typically be referred to as an elite level stage before notifying successful applicants.
