Rangers Represented In Northern Ireland Under-18 Training Camp

Callum Burnside and Blaine McClure, both of whom featured prominently for the young Gers this past campaign, will join up with their country for a four-day training camp in Belfast.

McClure, 18, spent the second half of the campaign on loan at Kelty Hearts in League One, where the side narrowly missed out on the play-offs.

Also 18, Burnside enjoyed a prolific goalscoring campaign for Stevie Smith’s Under-18s side as they lifted the Glasgow Cup in April.

Both players have been capped at Under-19s level for the Green and White Army and will view the training camp as an opportunity to impress ahead of the side’s UEFA Under-19 European Championship qualifying bid.
