The 17-year-old has spent her last three years with Glasgow City and becomes the latest exciting talent to join Malky Thomson and Gregory Vignal’s side.
Girasoli is a centre-half, who despite her age, has very good experience having been part of a City team who reached the UEFA Champions League last 16 in 2018 and also won three league titles in her time with the current SWPL champions. She was named Youth Player of the Year at the 2018 SWF Awards.
She has been capped at Under 16, Under 17 and now Under 19 level by Scotland. The defender is still an Under 19 with her nation, playing five times for that age group, her last appearance was in October in a 1-0 win over Poland during the UEFA Women’s Under 19 Championship, which was played in Scotland.

“She is a strong, hard-working defender who already has valuable Champions League experience and we look forward to working with her.”
Rangers Women kick-off their SWPL Cup group stage campaign on Sunday against Queen’s Park at the Hummel Training Centre (kick-off 3pm).
