Northern Irish international Bell, joins on a professional contract from the FA Women’s Championship side for two years.
The 18 year old, who joined Durham in the summer from Linfield Ladies has been capped six times by her country, after also featuring for the under-17 team and captaining the under-19 side.
She scored twice on her Linfield debut as a 14-year-old in 2015, and scored her first international goal in March 2018 against Romania.
During her time in Northern Ireland and despite her young age, she has won three Women’s Premiership titles, three League Cups and three County Antrim Cup winners’ medals.
Women’s and Girls Football Manager Amy McDonald said: “Despite her young age, Megan has had plenty of invaluable experiences in football.
“She has an eye for goal, which is a great thing for a midfielder to have and we are happy that she has chosen Rangers, and the project that we embarking on, as the best place for her to continue her development.”
