The midfielder, 24, makes the switch following the expiration of her contract at Southampton, becoming the second summer signing for the Gers following the arrival of full-back Fallon Connolly-Jackson.
Griffiths started her senior career with Cyncoed Ladies in the Welsh top-flight as a teenager, before joining Cardiff Met Ladies in the same division.
After helping the side clinch a domestic treble in the Welsh Premier League in the 2018/19 campaign, Griffiths made the switch to Charlton Athletic in the Women’s Championship and featured 26 times for the south London side over two seasons.
From there, Southampton swooped to secure her signature as she immediately helped the club gain promotion to the Women’s Championship in 2022 before spending four productive years at the Saints.
At international level, Griffiths was selected to represent the Wales senior squad for the first time in 2017 where she has featured regularly since and was most recently called up to the squad for the European Championships in Switzerland this summer.
Speaking upon signing for the club, Griffiths said: “I’m delighted to be here. It’s a great club and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to be here.
“I heard [of the interest] at the start of the summer but I had the Euros, so I was trying to put all my focus into that. Off the back of that I knew that I wanted to be here and play for Rangers.”
Women’s and Girls' Managing Director, Donald Gillies, added: “We are thrilled to bring Alice to the club.
“She is a hugely talented player who we believe enhances an area of the pitch that we have been keen to strengthen this summer.
“From our very first conversations it was clear that Alice is hungry to deliver success at this club, and we look forward to seeing her impact over the coming seasons.”
