A NUMBER of Rangers players are on international duty this week as qualifiers for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup get underway.
Seven Rangers players have been named in the Scotland squad, with Demi Vance called-up for Northern Ireland as they begin their qualifying campaign.

Scotland: Jenna Fife, Nicola Docherty, Rachel McLauchlan, Brianna Westrup, Sam Kerr, Jane Ross, Lizzie Arnot
New Scotland manager Pedro Martinez Losa has named seven Gers players in his first squad as they look to get off to a strong start in their qualifying campaign.
Tonight’s game in Hungary will be the first competitive match in charge for Losa as the squad look to bounce back from the disappointment of missing out on Euro 2022.
Experienced internationals Jenna Fife, Nicola Docherty, Rachel McLauchlan, Jane Ross and Lizzie Arnot are joined in the squad by Brianna Westrup who could be set to play her first competitive game for Scotland, with Sam Kerr also named in the squad.
Following tonight’s match in Hungary, Scotland host the Faroe Islands at Hampden on Tuesday.
Northern Ireland: Demi Vance
After making her return from eight months on the sidelines with an ACL injury, Vance was delighted to be called-up to the Northern Ireland squad for the first time since November 2020.
Following their qualification for Euro 2022, confidence will be high in the Northern Ireland camp as they kick-off their group with two home fixtures.
On Friday evening they host Luxembourg, before a match against Latvia on Tuesday.
