RANGERS Football Club can today announce that Rydnn McGuire has signed his first professional contract.
The 16-year-old goalkeeper has spent time with Steven Smith’s Under-18’s side this season so far as well as putting on an impressive showing at the most recent Mercedes-Benz Junior Cup played in Stuttgart, Germany.
Technical Director, Nils Koppen said: “We are thrilled that Rydnn has committed his future to Rangers.
“Rydnn joined the club from Dundee United at the age of 14, and we’ve seen him grow and develop significantly since then.
“He has shown great potential throughout his time in the academy, and we’re excited to see him make the step up to the professional environment.
“This is a proud moment for Rydnn, his family, and everyone at Rangers. We look forward to continuing to support Rydnn as he begins this exciting new chapter of his career here at Rangers.”
