Scottish Premiership Fixtures Announced For 2021/22

RANGERS will begin the defence of their Scottish Premiership title at Ibrox on Saturday, July 31 against Livingston.

The Light Blues will watch the championship flag being raised in Govan to crown their incredible achievements of last season before taking on David Martindale’s side at 1:30pm.

Gers then face two away matches at Dundee United and Ross County on the weekends of August 7 and 21 respectively, before the first Old Firm game of the season takes place on the weekend of August 28, again at Ibrox.

The festive period will see Gers host St Mirren on Boxing Day, before traveling to face Aberdeen on Wednesday, December 29 and then Celtic, on Sunday, January 2.

The third Old Firm match of the season is at Ibrox on the weekend of April 2, just a week ahead of the final pre-split fixture away to St Mirren on the weekend of April 9.

The final game of the season is then pencilled in for Saturday 14 or Sunday 15 May.

All fixtures are subject to change for television and also European participation, with Gers guaranteed group stage football of some description prior to Christmas.

Rangers will learn their opponents for their UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie on July 19 with those matches taking place on August 3 or 4, and August 10.

Supporters should stay tuned to the club’s official channels both for fixture updates, and also information on access arrangements to games for the upcoming campaign.
