FOLLOWING the recent completion of our fully subscribed £16 million share issue, we will hold a Shareholder Meeting on Monday, 10 August 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow.
The meeting will provide shareholders with an opportunity to hear directly from our ownership and leadership, receive an update on progress across the club and ask questions about plans for the future.
Questions submitted in advance will be addressed alongside questions taken from the floor on the day.
The meeting is intended to provide an update and an opportunity for shareholder questions. No formal resolutions will be proposed and there will be no vote.

QUESTIONS
Shareholders were invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting, with submissions closing at 12:00 on Monday, 3 August.
We will aim to address as many of these questions as possible during the meeting, grouping similar themes together where appropriate.
There will also be an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions from the floor on the day.
TRAVELLING TO THE VENUE
The Radisson Blu Hotel is located at 301 Argyle Street in Glasgow city centre, immediately beside Glasgow Central Station.
By train Glasgow Central Station is just a few steps from the hotel on Argyle Street.
Glasgow Queen Street Station is approximately 900 metres from the hotel, around a 12-minute walk via Buchanan Street and Argyle Street.
By Subway The nearest Subway station is St Enoch, which is a short walk from the hotel.
By bus Buchanan Bus Station is approximately 1.1 kilometres from the hotel, around a 15-minute walk via West Nile Street.
By car and parking The hotel does not operate its own public car park.
The NCP Glasgow Central Station car park on Oswald Street is a short walk from the hotel, while Q-Park Jamaica Street (G1 4NL) is another nearby option.
Attendees should be aware that the road immediately outside the hotel is currently closed due to ongoing works.
Vehicle and taxi drop-offs should therefore take place at either Wellington Street/Robertson Street or on Argyle Street to the west of the hotel.
ACCESSING THE MEETING
Shareholders should enter through the hotel's main entrance on Argyle Street.
Signs will be in place inside the hotel directing attendees to the registration area and meeting room.
The meeting will take place in the Megalithic Suite on Floor 1, which can be accessed by stairs or lift.
Registration will open at 09:00 and shareholders are encouraged to arrive in good time to complete registration before the meeting begins at 10:00.
WHAT TO BRING
Shareholders should bring the invitation letter issued by the club.
If you have mislaid your invitation letter, please contact [email protected], providing your full name and the address held on the share register, so that suitable arrangements can be made.
You should also bring ID with you on the day if you do not have the letter. A member of the team will also be available at registration on the day to assist.
The meeting is for shareholders only and guests or non-shareholders cannot be admitted.
Shareholders who require a personal assistant or carer to attend with them should email [email protected] in advance.
ACCESSIBILITY
We want the meeting to be accessible to all shareholders who wish to attend.
The hotel has step-free access at its main entrance and lift access to Floor 1.
British Sign Language interpreters will be present during the meeting, and reserved accessible seating will be available.
Accessible parking spaces are available at the nearby NCP Glasgow Central Station car park on Oswald Street.
Due to the road closure immediately outside the hotel, anyone requiring an accessible drop-off or assistance with a step-free route is encouraged to contact the Club in advance.
