Both Ryan Jack and Fil Helander, who missed out on the weekend win at Ross County haven't made the trip to Poland - though Gerrard is optimistic they may be involved on Sunday when Gers head to Tannadice to face Dundee United.
Cedric Itten took a knock in the Highlands three days ago, but he is fit to potentially face the Poles tomorrow night.
"There are no injuries as such," Gerrard told tonight's press conference. "We made a decision with Ryan Jack and Filip Helander, just to be a bit more patient with them and try and get them ready for the weekend, but they are progressing really well.
"Cedric [Itten] got a kick at the weekend but he has trained with no problems today and the rest are all fine."
Gerrard has hinted in the build-up to tomorrow's match he will make some, albeit not wholesale changes to his starting XI.
He wouldn't be drawn, however, on what those changes will be, continuing: "You will see that tomorrow when you see the team selection. Individuals will be protected, but I don't want to give anything away in-terms of the team.
"I think it will be quite clear tomorrow that we will make decisions for the future in tomorrow's team selection.
"So we think it is a really important night for a lot of different reasons. I'm not going to change the full team for sure, but there will definitely be changes from the weekend."
The manager went on to discuss the current state of mind within the Rangers camp - with so many players pushing for a start tomorrow.
He also revealed Bongani Zungu, who joined the manager for tonight's press conference, will make his second start for the club after making his first at Falkirk in the League Cup 10 days ago.
Gerrard explained: "I think there is nobody in the group that is coming here with the attitude or mentality that we are already qualified and this is just another game.
"People are desperate to play - the way we trained this morning, everyone is really pushing for places in the team which is great to see and the atmosphere is fantastic.
"I am sure they are going to want to protect the unbeaten run we are on at the moment. This is another interesting game for us. I'll give people an opportunity tomorrow - certain individuals have been working ever-so hard and have been patient, and that will allow me to protect a few who have maybe over-played in recent games.
"I've given one from my team selection away tomorrow with Bongani [Zungu] sitting next to me [at the press conference] and I am really looking forward to him playing from the beginning and it is a fantastic opportunity for him.
"We see this as a big game and an important game and it is a game we are looking forward to."
