Rangers are delighted to welcome supporters to Ibrox for the visit of Aberdeen on Saturday 30th September for the Scottish Premiership fixture kicking off at 3pm.
Armed Forces Day celebrations will begin outside the stadium, with community engagement activities in Argyle Car Park from 12noon.
The Pipes and Drums of the Royal Corps of Signals will also provide some pre-match entertainment at Edmiston House, as well as on the pitch at half-time.
A representative from each branch of the armed services will be present as the teams enter the pitch and personnel from the Royal Air Force will abseil into the stadium from the Sandy Jardine Stand before handing the match ball over to the referee.
As well as welcoming around 150 troops to the stands, the club is also playing host to representatives from each branch of the armed services in the Directors’ Box.
POLICE BARRIERS
All Rangers Supporters attending the match should note the access routes to Ibrox. Police barriers will be placed at the away supporter section, in the North West Corner of the stadium before the match from 13:30.
This may impact on disabled supporters access to the stadium, if this is an issue please contact disabilitymatters@rangers.co.uk
Rangers fans will not be able to access the stadium footprint from Broomloan Road or traverse the barriers once they are in place.
Please access the stadium footprint from Edmiston Drive, Harrison Drive or Mafeking Street.
No decision has been made regarding post-match; this will be subject to Police Scotland’s judgement on the day.
TICKETING
The ticket office will be open from 10am – kick-off on matchday.

Supporters with tickets for the Club Deck can access the stadium at the turnstiles located at the east and west towers of the stadium.
Fan Liaison staff will be on the stadium footprint prior to kick off to offer further assistance to supporters.
EDMISTON HOUSE
The Fan Zone presented by Experience Kissimmee in Edmiston House will be open from noon.
Access is by showing a match ticket, and entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
There will be entertainment, bar access and food.
The Fan Zone will re-open post-match showing live sport.
Please note: Edmiston House is a cashless premises.
The Edmiston House Rangers store and café will be open from 10.00am.
SUPPORTER COACH PARKING
Please note: there are only two designated bus parking areas for home supporters’ coaches at Ibrox:
Helen Street to the west of the stadium.
Govan Road/Woodville Street and Carmichael Street covering the east of the stadium.
Rangers would encourage supporters’ coaches to only park in these areas.
PARKING
There is limited match day parking available in the Albion Car Park for this match on a first come, first served basis.
Please be aware that there are coning zones prohibiting match day parking.
TRAVEL
40mph average speed cameras are in operation on the M8 between junctions 27 and 24, both east and west bound. Supporters are encouraged to allow extra time on their journey. SMOKING ZONES
Please note the club are operating half time smoking zones in all stands except the Main Stand and Club Deck.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) within the stadium could result in ejection and a loss of ticketing privileges.

At half-time stewards will be located at stated gates to allow supporters to go out into the designated smoking area and return via the same gates.
LOCAL COMMUNITY
Supporters attending Ibrox Stadium are reminded of their responsibilities to the local community.
We would ask supporters to be respectful to the community by clearing any refuse and using bins provided.
We would stress the importance of being considerate when parking and remember that each, and every one of us is a club ambassador.
RANGERS CHARITY FOUNDATION COLLECTION
As part of the Club’s Armed Forces Day, Rangers Charity Foundation will be collecting for their Armed Forces Fund.
This season’s Armed Forces partners are Bravehound & Military Matters.
Bravehound supports former servicemen, women and their families. They provide training and assistance dogs to support veterans across the Central Belt of Scotland who have a clinical diagnosis of a mental health condition post service.
Military Matters have been helping veterans for over 10 years to find a home that suits their needs. Military Matters helps veterans and current serving Armed Forces personnel via Housing Options Scotland.

Rangers is rightly proud of our multicultural men’s first-team squad and diverse support. Our Everyone Anyone campaign sends a clear message of inclusion and togetherness, and a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination on and off the pitch.
Rangers are a modern football club, with a support recognised across Europe for the positive way in which they back their team. Songs of a discriminatory manner have absolutely no place in 2023.
As the men’s first-team continue their seasons both domestically and in Europe, supporters are reminded the SPFL, and particularly UEFA, have many sanctions within their power to punish discriminatory chanting which would be extremely harmful to the club on and off the pitch.
We call on all our supporters to back the team in the right manner and prove once again what a force for good the Rangers support can be.
