Stadium

epet Arena/Letná Stadium,

Address: Milady Horakove 1066/98 17000 Prague

Capacity: 18,349

How to get to epet Arena:

Sparta’s stadium is in the central part of Prague, in the district of Letná, a part of Prague 7.

Right next to the stadium is the city’s biggest park, Stromovka, and Milady Horákové street, one of the city’s most important thoroughfares.

There are two subway stops close to the stadium (Hradčanská and Vltavská). However, Rangers supporters are advised not to use the local tram service. Visitors can also use a car park on nearby Letenská pláň that is suitable for both cars and buses.

Supporters are being encouraged to walk collectively from the Old Town Square to the stadium.

Access to the away section:

Rangers fans are located in Sector F with entrance at Gate 5.

To ensure your safety and comfort at the stadium, please follow these guidelines:

  1. You can bring small bags, no larger than A4 size. Small battery packs and portable phone chargers are permitted.

  2. There is no area to leave luggage at the stadium, so please make alternative arrangements at your hotel or coaches. Luggage will not be permitted into the stadium.

  3. Pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.

  4. You can bring small flags with you, but they will be subject to checks by the stewards to confirm their content.

  5. We have been advised that crutches/walking sticks are not allowed within Sector F. We advise any supporter who requires to use such aids to email [email protected] so that arrangements can be made.

  6. Please note that local stewards have discretion to refuse any items they deem inappropriate or dangerous – we would advise supporters to bring as few items as possible to the stadium.

Recommended Supporter Area:

Supporters are being encouraged to congregate in the Old Town Square. This is the standard meeting point for away fans in Prague, and it hosts a variety of restaurants, and pubs. For ticketless supporters, local police are recommending The Dubliner Irish Pub – this venue has a big screen and capacity for approximately 300 people.

The stadium is around 3km from the Old Town Square. We have been advised for fans to walk collectively to the stadium. Police will accompany supporters to the away sector/gate. There will be no specific transport provided for Rangers supporters.

Supporters are encouraged to avoid bars and restaurants near the stadium, as these will be populated by Sparta Prague fans.

The Czech Police have a low tolerance for all misbehaviour - especially the use of pyrotechnics and throwing of any objects in the Old Town Square. Supporters should note that the square is a national monument. In the case of any disorder and non-cooperation of police orders, this will result in intervention of riot units and arresting of supporters. Supporters have been asked to respect all orders of Czech police, otherwise they run the risk of arrest.

Supporters are advised to remain in groups where possible and remain vigilant at all times. Please note that there are by-laws prohibiting the drinking of alcohol in the street.

EVERYONE ANYONE

Rangers are rightly proud of our multicultural men’s first-team squad and diverse support. Our Everyone Anyone campaign sends a clear message of inclusion and togetherness and a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination on and off the pitch.

Rangers are a modern football club, with support recognised across Europe for the positive way in which they back their team. Songs of a discriminatory manner have absolutely no place in 2023.

Supporters are reminded the SPFL, and particularly UEFA, have many sanctions within their power to punish discriminatory chanting which would be extremely harmful to the club on and off the pitch.

We call on all our supporters to back the team in the right manner and prove once again what a force for good the Rangers support can be.
