RANGERS supporters should be aware of the following information regarding tomorrow’s UEFA Champions League match.
Rangers v Ajax
Ibrox Stadium
Tuesday 1st November – 20:00 Kick Off
STADIUM ENTRY
We are anticipating that tomorrow will be an extremely busy match and are encouraging supporters to arrive as early as possible to enter the stadium with gates opening at 18:30.
In particular, Supporters in the Broomloan Stand and Govan East Corner are encouraged to enter the stadium earlier than usual.
All Supporters in the Broomloan Rear will have to enter the stadium via Turnstiles 57-60 which are located in the south of the Broomloan Road Stand. Please arrive as early as possible to aid access to the stadium.
Supporters who are in the Broomloan Front should enter the stadium via Turnstiles 61-66. Please note Turnstiles will be closed 67-68. Again please arrive as early as possible.
In addition to the restricted turnstiles, we also have a number of supporters who will be in unfamiliar seats, using paper tickets and as a result we are expecting increased queueing times at the turnstiles.
Supporters must be aware that accessing the stadium with a controlled container, such as bottles or cans, is a criminal offence and could result in the loss of ticketing privileges.
POLICE BARRIERS
Police barriers will not be in place for this match.
SMARTCARD & TICKETING ISSUES
If, for any reason, your ticket for the match does not scan, you must visit the ticket centre to rectify. Please ensure you arrive early for the match to allow yourself additional time to gain access.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Supporters who are intending on using the Glasgow Subway are advised to allow extra time for their journey due to the increased demand for tomorrow night.
PARKING
Due to the requirements of the Champions League, there will be extremely limited match day parking available. Supporters with seasonal passes will gain access but those seeking to purchase match day parking at the Albion should be prepared to make alternative arrangements as capacity is reduced for this fixture.
Supporters with Argyle House Parking passes must be in their spaces at least two hours before kick off.
COACH PARKING
Police Scotland have advised they are working to ensure Helen Street will be available for supporter coach parking.
SMOKING ZONES
Please note The Club are operating half time smoking zones in the Sandy Jardine, Copland and Family Stands. Smoking within the stadium could result in ejection and a loss of ticketing privileges.
Please note the following exits for use in this pilot project:
Sandy Jardine Front – Gate 48
Sandy Jardine Rear – Gate 49
Govan East Corner – Gate 51
Copland Front – Gate 8
