Rangers acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the early kick-off time and recognise the additional effort required from our supporters to attend this match.
To mitigate the anticipated congestion due to rush hour traffic, and also busier than normal public transport, we urge all supporters who are able to arrive early to do so.
This will also assist in easing the flow of fans entering Ibrox.
TICKETING
The ticket office will be open from 10.00am – kick-off on matchday.
All supporters with tickets for the Club Deck can access the stadium at the turnstiles located at both the east and west towers of the stadium.
Supporters accessing the Broomloan Front should note that they can only do so through turnstiles 62-66. Entry into this area may take longer than usual due to a reduced number of turnstiles, with Benfica fans being situated in BF5.
The Broomloan Rear can be accessed via turnstiles 57-60 and for this match, turnstile 61, as well as 71-75. Please note that all tickets for the Broomloan Rear can access all of these turnstiles.
Supporters in GE1-3, are also encouraged to arrive early, as we regularly see queues in this section on European nights close to kick-off.
The club understands not all supporters are able to arrive early for a multitude of reasons, however we would recommend to those supporters who can, to arrive as early as possible to aid entry to the stadium. In addition, every stand will have designated turnstiles open until half-time to aid supporters who arrive after kick-off.
Season ticket holders are encouraged to check their purchase history to ensure that their smartcards are active for this match. Seat movers are encouraged to ensure they have their QR codes at the ready when approaching the turnstiles.

TRAVEL
Due to the earlier kick-off time, there is an expectation that the rail and road networks will be extremely busy. We would kindly ask that supporters factor this into their travel plans where possible.
Given the overlap of rush hour travel for both supporters and the general public, we kindly request all our fans demonstrate patience and extend courtesy to fellow commuters. This respectful approach will contribute to a more pleasant journey for everyone involved.

Supporters should note there is essential groundwork being carried out on the footprint of the stadium adjacent to Edmiston House. We would encourage supporters from the Copland and Sandy Jardine Stands to exit the footprint of the stadium via the stairs to Harrison Drive or the walkway towards Mafeking Street, which will afford efficient access to Copland Road and Paisley Road West.
EDMISTON HOUSE
The Fan Zone presented by Experience Kissimmee in Edmiston House will be open from 3:00pm.
Access is by showing a match ticket, and entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be entertainment, bar access and food.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult (18+), the venue operates a strict Challenge 25 Policy. Any customer without a valid ID* will be refused entry.
Please note: Edmiston House is a cashless premises.
The Edmiston House Rangers store and café will be open from 10.00am.
SUPPORTER COACH PARKING
Please note there are only two designated bus parking areas for home supporters’ coaches at Ibrox:
Helen Street to the west of the stadium
Govan Road/Woodville Street and Carmichael Street cover the east of the stadium
Rangers would encourage supporters’ coaches to only park in these areas.
PARKING
There is limited matchday parking available in the Albion Car Park for this match on a first-come, first-served basis at a cost of £10.
Please be aware that there are coning zones prohibiting match day parking.
SMOKING ZONES
Please note the club are operating half-time smoking zones in all areas except the Main Stand and Club Deck.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) within the stadium could result in ejection and a loss of ticketing privileges.

At half-time, stewards will be located at stated gates to allow supporters to go out into the designated smoking area and return via the same gates.
RANGERS CHARITY FOUNDATION COLLECTION
Rangers Charity Foundation have allocated an official bucket collection for this match to Govan High School.
Rangers Charity Foundation has a full-time Community Hub Officer within Govan High School to mentor vulnerable pupils in relation to their school attainment, attendance, deliver class projects, support transitions from primary to secondary school and be a universal support within the school. Funds raised from the collection will help towards Govan High School’s School of Football programme.
LOCAL COMMUNITY
Supporters attending Ibrox Stadium are reminded of their responsibilities to the local community.
We would ask supporters to be respectful to the community by clearing any refuse and using the bins provided.
We would stress the importance of being considerate when parking and remember that each, and every one of us is a club ambassador.
RAMADAN
Rangers, working with The Rangers Fan Advisory Board, have made the following arrangements to accommodate Muslim Rangers supporters observing Ramadan while attending the match against Benfica on Thursday, 14th March.
Muslim Supporters:
will be able to leave the stadium from 6:15pm by approaching a steward, who will direct them to the appropriate exit;
They will then make their way to The Rangers Store (at the corner of the Copland and Sandy Jardine Stands):
Be able to access the store from 6:20pm;
Be provided with a prayer space, bottles of water, dates and a vegetarian sandwich.
On completion of prayers, supporters will be escorted back to the stadium for 6:45pm

Rangers is rightly proud of our multicultural men’s first-team squad and diverse support. Our Everyone Anyone campaign sends a clear message of inclusion and togetherness, and a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination on and off the pitch.
Rangers are a modern football club, with a support recognised across Europe for the positive way in which they back their team. Songs of a discriminatory manner have absolutely no place in 2024.
As the men’s first-team continue their season in Europe, supporters are reminded UEFA have many sanctions within their power to punish discriminatory chanting which would be extremely harmful to the club on and off the pitch.
We call on all our supporters to back the team in the right manner and prove once again what a force for good the Rangers support can be.
Supporters are further reminded the use of pyrotechnics is illegal within Scottish football stadiums, and any supporter found to be in possession of a pyrotechnic device at any match risks arrest. The club can also be sanctioned for any use of pyrotechnics within a stadium.
