SUPPORTERS travelling to Budapest ahead of tomorrow's UEFA Europa League fixture against Ferencvaros should be aware of the following information.

Ticketing
Tickets must be collected on matchday from Bálna Budapest, between 11:30 and 16:00.
To collect a ticket, supporters must present:
Ticket voucher (posted to supporters in advance, with name and passport number)
Photographic ID (no photocopies or images)
Supporters must keep the voucher after collecting their ticket, as the voucher, match ticket, and photographic ID could be checked multiple times.
The ticket voucher is essential at three stages:
Ticket collection
Boarding shuttle buses
Entering the stadium
Recommended Supporter Area
Supporters are recommended to gather at Bálna Budapest, situated on the Danube riverfront, which is the location of the ticket collection. This is the site of a military museum, which we ask supporters to be mindful of.
This area has various bars and restaurants and is well connected to the city centre by tram (closest stop: ‘Zsil utca’), taxi and on foot.
Ráday Street, located a 10-minute walk away, is a popular alternative, with plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants.
Supporters should avoid the areas around the stadium, including Népliget Metro Station (Line 3), the wider Népliget area (including bars Szöglet Presszó and Zöld Villám), and the section of Üllői út near the “Eagle” statue.
Getting to the Stadium
Supporters must use the free shuttle buses to travel to and from the stadium, departing from Bálna Budapest from around 16:30.
To board, you must present your ticket voucher, match ticket and photographic ID, which will be checked by local authorities.
The journey takes around 15 minutes, with drop-off directly outside the away end.
Buses will return to the same area after the match.
Stadium and Entry Details
Supporters should be prepared for ID checks at the stadium, which will be verified against the personal details on the ticket voucher.
We have been advised that battery packs will be permitted, but they should not exceed the size of your phone.
Bags should not exceed 20cm x 20cm x 30cm.
5% alcoholic beer will be served inside the stadium.

As we prepare for Thursday’s fixture in Budapest, we want to ensure you are well-informed for your trip. We have been in dialogue with Football Supporters Europe and other clubs to understand previous experiences at this stadium, and we appreciate Ferencvárosi’s cooperation and acknowledgement of the feedback we have shared on behalf of supporters.
Across the continent, the Rangers support are renowned for their incredible backing both in noise and in colour.
Supporters are, however, reminded the club remains under a suspended stand closure sanction. That means that should there be any repeat of what UEFA deems as ‘racist and/or discriminatory behaviour’, it could lead to further sanctions and a full stand closure.
In addition, the club is under a suspended away section ban, which will be triggered if pyrotechnics are used at future fixtures. Should this occur, it would result in Rangers supporters being locked out of a key away match, directly impacting those who travel in such numbers to follow the team.
Both sanctions mean thousands of fellow Rangers supporters could be deprived of the opportunity to attend important games, while the players on the pitch would lose a significant proportion of the amazing support you provide.
Discriminatory behaviour includes (but is not limited to) illicit singing, chanting, or the displaying of banners.
We call on all our travelling support to back the team in the right manner and prove once again what a force for good the Rangers support can be.
