Match Details:
Hibernian vs Rangers
Wednesday 24th January 2024
Kick-Off: 7.45pm
Easter Road
STADIUM ACCESS
Turnstiles will open 1 hour before kick-off however, Hibernian have advised they will endeavour to open them as early as possible. We would encourage supporters to arrive at 6.30pm to aid ingress to the stadium.
We would recommend that supporters arrive no later than 6.45pm to help ensure safe and comfortable access to the stadium.
Following on from discussions with Hibernian regarding supporter access to the stadium after challenges experienced by supporters at previous fixtures, Hibernian have implemented the below supporter access plan:
Supporters will be pulsed into queue management lanes. This means that you will be asked to wait in a designated area at Albion Road, south of the stadium until you are directed to enter the queuing lanes by stewards or police officers.
There will be profiled searches and stringent ticket checks in place.
Thereafter you will be directed to the turnstile entry point where supporters will have stewards present to assist with ticketing issues.
Please note the additional access information:
Balaclavas are banned in the stadium.
Bags larger than 30cm x 30cm will be prohibited.
Only Flags smaller than 2m x 1m will be allowed. Please note that there is no storage facility for flags.
Only canes smaller than 1m will be allowed.
All Kiosks within the stadium are card only.
Half-time smoking zones will be in operation.

SUPPORTER BEHAVIOUR
Supporters are strongly reminded the use of pyrotechnics within sports stadia is illegal. Not only could this lead to your arrest, but the club may also be sanctioned by governing bodies.
Rangers is rightly proud of our multicultural men’s first-team squad and diverse support. Our Everyone Anyone campaign sends a clear message of inclusion and togetherness and a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination on and off the pitch.
Rangers are a modern football club, with support recognised across Europe for the positive way in which they back their team. Songs and chants of a discriminatory nature have absolutely no place in 2024.
As the men’s first-team continues their season both domestically and in Europe, supporters are reminded the SPFL, and particularly UEFA, have many sanctions within their power to punish discriminatory chanting which would be extremely harmful to the club on and off the pitch.
The manager and his team have expressed just how big an impact your fantastic support can have on performances – let’s ensure this is in the correct manner.
