TICKET COLLECTION
The collection point is a dedicated pod at the stadium directly outside the away section.
Open from 12:30pm (local time)
Photo ID is required – no copies or photos accepted
You can only collect your own ticket
We encourage supporters to collect their tickets as early as possible to allow for a smoother entry process when turnstiles open.
MEETING POINT
Supporters are recommended to gather at the Pilsner Urquell Brewery Courtyard, which is an approximate 7-minute walk from the away section and the ticket collection pod.
It is advised to avoid The Square of the Republic on matchday from 3:00 pm onwards, as this is a prominent meeting area for home fans.
STADIUM ENTRY
Turnstiles open at 5:30pm (local time)
Police will carry out searches and ID checks
No bags larger than A4 permitted
Limited storage at the stadium – only bring essential items
Battery packs allowed but must not exceed phone size
