Going behind early on, Tavernier was on target in the first-half to send the game in level at the break before Fashion Jr, Todd Cantwell and Malik Tillman added to the goals in the second-half.
Speaking to RangersTV at full-time, he said: “Away from home we have been really good since the manager has come in. We obviously conceded a sloppy goal at the start of the first half and even though we dominated we were still loose too many times.
“We had words at half-time because we weren't happy, and I thought the second-half was better from us and we created lots of chances. I felt we could've scored more goals but overall we got three points and we are happy with that.
“We have had that resilience since the manager has come in and if we do go a goal down we have belief that if we play the right way we will bring ourselves back into the game. We are a team that creates a lot of chances so we have just got to be better at getting on the end of it, including myself, but we will just continue to work hard.”
Tavernier’s first-half free-kick was his seventh goal for Rangers at Fir Park as he edges ever closer to an incredible 100 goals in Light Blue.
He continued: “It is just about trying to get it on target and trying to make it as hard as possible for the keeper not to get to it. I am raging with the second one because I felt like it would be easier for myself, but I am just happy that we got the three points.
“It is obviously something that I have got my eyes set on, I should've got it today, but I am obviously aiming for it and hopefully it can come soon.”
