It means Ivarsdottir lines up behind a backline of Jodi McLeary, Jess Pegram, Kathy Hill and Connolly-Jackson.
In midfield, 16-year-old May Cruft is given the nod from the off once again alongside Kim Shin Ji and Sabajo.
Berry leads the line in attack, where she is supported by Mia McAulay and Lizzie Arnot.
