The Light Blues kick-off their League Cup campaign at Ibrox as they host the Championship side in Round 2 of the competition.
From Tuesday evening’s match against Servette, there are eight changes as Dujon Sterling, Leon Balogun, Johnly Yfeko, Kieran Dowell, Rabbi Matondo, John Lundstram, Cyriel Dessers and Sam Lammers come into the startling line-up.
Rangers begin the match at Ibrox with Butland in goal with Dujon Sterling, Connor Goldson, Leon Balogun and Johnly Yfeko in front of him.
Jose Cifuentes retains his place in midfield, alongside Kieran Dowell and John Lundstram, while Cyriel Dessers, Sam Lammers and Rabbi Matondo complete the Rangers XI.
There’s a strong bench available should Beale require with Robby McCrorie, Ianis Hagi, Tom Lawrence, Abdallah Sima, Kemar Roofe, Leon King, Adam Devine, Bailey Rice and Danilo available.
