Team News: Gio Names Side To Face Union SG

GIO VAN BRONCKHORST has named four changes to his side for this evening’s UEFA Champions League, third qualifying round, first leg against Union Saint-Gilloise here in a very warm Leuven.

From the team which came from behind to win at Livingston on Saturday, in come James Sands, Ryan Jack, Malik Tillman and Rabbi Matondo in place of John Souttar, Tom Lawrence, Ryan Kent and Scott Wright.

That means Jon McLaughlin is in goal with James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Sands and Borna Barisic in front of him.

The line-up is completed by John Lundstram, Ryan Jack, Glen Kamara, Tillman, Matondo and Antonio Colak.

Lawrence and Wright make the bench next to Allan McGregor, Robby McCrorie, Leon King, Adam Devine, Steven Davis, Scott Arfield, Fashion Jr, and for the first time, both Ben Davies and Ridvan are involved in a competitive squad.
