The head coach makes three changes to the team that drew 1-1 with Glasgow City in their last league outing. Victoria Esson, Tessel Middag and Sarah Ewens all make their first starts of the new campaign as they come into the side in place of Jenna Fife, Michelle Colson and Chelsea Cornet.
This means that Esson starts between the posts for the Gers, behind a back three of Rachel McLauchlan, Kathryn Hill and captain Nicola Docherty.
Jodi McLeary and Mia McAulay will again start on the flanks for the Light Blues, with Middag joining Kirsty Maclean in midfield, Rio Hardy starts in an advanced number 10 role behind the front two.
Ewens will make her first start for the club after joining in the summer and she will be joined in attack by Kirsty Howat.
On the substitutes bench for Rangers this afternoon are Jenna Fife, Michelle Colson, Eilidh Austin, Kayla Jardine, Mason Clark and Laura Berry.
