The young Gers are fresh off successive victories after last week's 4-1 success over Motherwell, as they go head-to-head with the side who they knocked out of the Scottish Youth Cup last month.
Among the changes is Greig Thackray, Conor Owen, Ashton Scally, Luca Rankin and Josh Gentles, who come into the starting lineup.
It means Rydnn McGuire drops out in favour of Thackray, behind a backline of Ben Hutton, Oliver Hynd, Owen and Scally.
Aiden McCallion captains the side in midfield, where there are also starts for Rankin and Kyle Glasgow, both only 15.
The attack is spearheaded by Gentles, currently on loan at Raith Rovers as part of the club's co-operation agreement with the Kirkcaldy side, with Zebedee Lawson and Alexander Smith either side.
Available to Ross on the substitutes bench is McGuire, Corey Ngwenya, Calum Young, Jack Caldwell, Cameron Fernie, Ruaridh Hall and Chris Condy.
