It’s the first league outing for the Light Blues in 2023 as they look to build on last year’s success, with Jenna Fife, Tessel Middag, Chelsea Cornet, Sam Kerr and Brogan Hay returning to the starting lineup from last weekend’s Scottish Cup victory over Stirling University.
It means Fife replaces Victoria Esson between the posts, behind a backline of Rachel McLauchlan, Middag, captain Kathryn Hill and Colette Cavanagh.
Cornet is restored to the midfield, where she is joined by Kirsty MacLean and the more attack-minded Kerr in an advanced role.
In attack, Kirsty Howat leads the line once again, and she is flanked by Hay and Lizzie Arnot.
Among the substitutes for the Gers this afternoon are Esson, Hannah Davison, Emma Watson, Megan Bell, Jenny Danielsson, Jodi McLeary and Kayla McCoy.
