Dujon Sterling and Dan Neil both return and are in from the start, with Kosta Nedeljkovic and Cammy Devlin named on the bench.
Deadline day signing Kevin Kelsy is on the bench, with fellow new addition Badredine Bouanani is not in the squad.
Rangers line-up with Ivor Pandur in goal behind a back four of Dujon Sterling, Emmanuel Fernandez, Olwethu Makhanya and James Penrice.
Dan Neil joins Nico Raskin in midfield, with the same attacking three of Findlay Curtis, Minsu and Djeidi Gassama supporting striker Lawrence Shankland.
On the bench this afternoon are Liam Kelly, Ross McCrorie, Ben Godfrey, Cammy Devlin, Vanja Dragojevic, Tochi Chukwuani, Daisuke Yokota, Kevin Kelsy and Ryan Naderi.
