Team News: Rohl Names Team For Braga Tonight

DANNY Röhl has named his Rangers team for this evening’s UEFA Europa League match against SC Braga.

The Portuguese side are the visitors to Ibrox tonight, as Rangers search for their first points of the league phase.

From the weekend’s victory over Livingston, the head coach has named three changes to the starting line-up. Youssef Chermiti returns from injury to come straight in from the start, alongside Max Aarons and Connor Barron, while Oliver Antman, Thelo Aasgaard and Jayden Meghoma are named on the bench.

That means Rangers line-up with Jack Butland in goal, behind a back four of James Tavernier, Nasser Djiga, Emmanuel Fernandez and Max Aarons.

Barron comes into midfield alongside Nico Raskin and Mohamed Diomande, with Chermiti joining Danilo and Djeidi Gassama in the Rangers’ attack.

On the bench this evening, Academy youngster Calum Adamson makes his first appearance in a first-team matchday squad, and is joined there by Liam Kelly, Kieran Wright, Jayden Meghoma, Lyall Cameron, Findlay Curtis, Oliver Antman, Thelo Aasgaard and Bojan Miovski.

Kick-off at Ibrox is 8pm and you can keep up with the action across our social media channels and in our MatchHub.

RANGERS: Butland, Tavernier, Djiga, Fernandez, Aarons, Raskin, Barron, Diomande, Gassama, Danilo, Chermiti.
