RANGERS Under-19s kick off their CAS Elite League campaign as defending champions away to Dundee United this afternoon, as Malky Thomson has named his starting lineup for the clash.
It was just over two months ago that the young Gers delivered a league championship in the most dramatic of circumstances when Zebedee Lawson struck a sumptuous last-minute free-kick away to St. Mirren.
It's naturally a refreshed side for the new campaign, with Sam Reid starting between the posts and behind a backline of Arran Kerr, James Reid, captain Conor Owen and Lyle Wark.
Ben Hutton, younger brother of Zander, will anchor the midfield, where he is joined by Luca Rankin and Calum Young.
In attack, Ruaridh Hall leads the line, and he is supported on either side by Coben Fergusson and Callum Burnside.
Among the substitutes on Tayside is Jaden Millarvie, Luke Ramage, Ashton Patton, Oliver Hynd, Cameron Fernie and Cormac Christie.
