The young midfielder makes his first appearance since he was forced off injured against Hamilton Academical back in November and is introduced to the starting lineup alongside Jack Wyllie, Cameron Fernie and Zebedee Lawson from last week's defeat at Hibernian.
It means Sam Reid retains his place between the sticks, behind a backline of Ben Hutton, Conor Owen, Wyllie and Lyle Wark.
In midfield, McCallion captains the side and will play alongside Aiden Crilly and Fernie.
A fluid attacking trio lines up at the top end of the pitch as Lawson is given the nod alongside Alexander Smith and Callum Burnside.
