UEFA Women's Champions League Opponents Announced Tomorrow

RANGERS will find out their UEFA Women’s Champions League opponents tomorrow afternoon as the Round 1 draw takes place in Nyon.

It will be the Light Blues’ first experience of European football after last season’s historic SWPL 1 title win secured their place in the competition.

Gers are unseeded and will enter through the Champions Path with teams drawn into knock-out mini tournaments.

Within each four-team group, two semi-final ties will be drawn with the winners of each going on to play in a final for a place in Round 2 of the competition.

The mini tournaments will be played at a single venue with semi-final ties scheduled for Thursday, August 18 and the final / third place play-offs on Sunday, August 21.

The draw will be streamed live on the UEFA Women’s Champions League website at 12pm.
